Declaration of consent for processing of personal data

Pursuant to Article 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law (Official Gazette no.7/2005; 103/2008; 124/2010 and 135/2011) I hereby express my consent to the processing of my personal data by PricewaterhouseCoopers Skopje, with its registered office Bul. 8. Septemvri br.16, Hyperium Busniess Centre 2nd Floor, 1000 Skopje (the “Company”), for the following purposes:

  1. Execution of contracts binding me / my employer and the Company and/or its associated entities;
  2. Marketing and promotions regarding goods and services offered by the Company and its associated entities;
  3. Connected with independence, risk management, quality reviews and execution of corporate requirements of the Company.

I also give my consent to transfer my personal data between entities which belong to the PwC Group in Macedonia, i.e.:

  1. PricewaterhouseCoopers DOOEL
  2. PricewaterhouseCoopers Revizija DOO

as well as other entities associated with the Company around the world, located in countries, which give the guarantee of protection of personal data on their territories at least such as standing on the territory of Macedonia, for the purposes of execution of corporate requirements, including marketing purposes.

I hereby declare that I have been informed that my personal data might be transferred among other entities associated with the Company around the world, located in other countries than mentioned above, after receiving by the Company the consent of the Directorate for Personal Data Protection.

The consent for the processing expressed above includes the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, place of work and its address, holding post, education, experience, professional achievements.

I hereby represent that I have been informed about my right to:

  • access and adjust my personal data;
  • make a justified demand in writing for the blocking of the processing of my data due to particular situation;
  • object to the processing of my personal data if the controller intends to process the data for marketing purposes;
  • object to the transfer of the data to another controller;
  • as well as that providing my personal data is voluntary.

Declaration of consent for receiving commercial information in electronic way

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law (Official Gazette no.7/2005; 103/2008; 124/2010 and 135/2011) I hereby express my consent to receive from PricewaterhouseCoopers DOOEL and PricewaterhouseCoopers Revizija DOO, with its registered offices in Skopje (1000), Bul. 8. Septemvri br.16, Hyperium Busniess Centre 2nd Floor, commercial information in electronic way.
