The incumbent would have overall GCC-wide responsibility for recruiting and developing GCC Nationals. In addition, he / she would be responsible for maintaining data on GCC-wide Localization requirements (e.g. regulatory compliance) and percentages, including turnover by LOS, country and grade. The primary responsibility of the role would be to develop a scalable programme for Saudi graduates. In addition to designing and managing the development programme, the incumbent would have oversight of and considerable input into advertising to and the screening and recruitment of GCC graduates. This responsibility would also extend to setting up a parallel and scalable intern programme. The incumbent would report to the Human Capital – Operations Director for KSA/ME but would work closely with other HC teams (e.g. Recruitment, Operations, Learning & Education) and have interaction with LOS leaders and CSPs.
-Overall point of contact for Nationalization in GCC.
-To be aware of, advise on, monitor and track compliance requirements.
-To produce monthly dashboard showing level of compliance, recruitment needs, current state, turnover.
-To define hiring requirements and be actively involved.
-To drive graduate training & intern programmes.
-To have oversight of all Locals in the firm.
