An opportunity to develop hands-on work experience before the forthcoming defence of a graduation paper, to determine future career paths, and to familiarise yourself with PwC’s audit, advisory or tax areas.
You’ll be recently graduated or have a couple of years’ experience and have the organisational and technical skills to assist in meeting key objectives.
Your level of technical proficiency is now maturing and in addition to coaching and supervising junior members of the team, you may have experience in managing pieces of work autonomously.
With a number of years’ experience in your chosen field, you’d be used to managing teams or clients and ensuring that strategic objectives are met. You’ll have strong project management, leadership and influencing skills.
Takes responsibility for a group of key accounts (client portfolio) and for maintaining efficient relationship with the client’s management; actively participates in expanding the client base and promoting new business areas; takes responsibility for the professional development of staff, participates in preparing and conducting presentations. Manages key projects.
You may now be managing larger teams or clients; you’ll have responsibility for account management and some business development. You’ll be accountable for strategic deliverables and demonstrate leadership capability.
Participates in formulating corporate business, service offering and personnel development strategies, manages particularly challenging projects; takes responsibility for expanding the client base, promoting new business areas, establishing and developing relationship with management of existing and potential clients.
You may be responsible for large teams or an area of business. You may also be responsible for business development and account direction and have built market expertise in your field.
