Didier Mouget
Managing Partner Belgian, 51 years old, graduated from the “HEC-ULG” in Liège (Belgium). Didier joined the firm in 1982 and has been a member of the Country Leadership Team (CLT) since 1991. Before assuming his new role as managing partner of PwC Luxembourg on January 1, 2007, he was COO (Chief Operating Officer) and partner responsible for Audit services. Among other involvements, Didier is a member of the Global Board of PricewaterhouseCoopers International since 2005, which unites 18 representatives from the principal firms in the network. Within this framework, he is part of the Risk and Operations Committee. |

Marc Saluzzi
Market Leader French, 46 years old, graduated from the “ISG” (Institut Supérieur de Gestion) in Paris. Marc is also “réviseur d’entreprises”. He joined the firm in 1986 and has more than 20 years of experience in the Asset Management Industry in Luxembourg and in the US. Marc is the PwC Global Asset Management Leader since October 2006 and as such, leads the PwC Global AM team. Marc is a member of the CSSF-OPC Committee, advising the Luxembourg fund regulator on laws and regulations impacting the fund industry in Luxembourg. Marc is also a Board and Strategic Committee member of ALFI, the Luxembourg fund association. Marc joined the CLT as Market Leader on July 1, 2009. |

Pascal Rakovsky
Audit Leader French, 50 years old, graduated from the “ESCP” in Paris (France), is an “expert-comptable” and “réviseur d’entreprises”. Before joining PwC Luxembourg in 1992, he was a partner at the PwC Paris office. He is a member of the Board of Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprises (IRE). He specialises in auditing large international groups involved in the industrial and commercial sectors, notably in media and telecommunications. Pascal has been a member of the CLT of PwC Luxembourg since 2000 and Audit Leader since 2008. Among other things, he is the Deputy Senior Partner of the PwC Luxembourg firm. |

Wim Piot
Tax Leader Belgian, 43 years old, holds a degree as a commercial engineer from the “HEC-ULG” in Liège (Belgium) as well as a degree from both the “College of Europe” and the “KUB” in Brussels (Belgium). He started at the Belgian firm in 1991 before joining the tax department of PwC Luxembourg 5 years later to specialise in real estate funds. Wim assumes the head of the Tax practice at PwC Luxembourg. |

Luc Henzig
Advisory Leader Luxembourgish, 49 years old, graduated in economics from the “ULB” in Brussels (Belgium), joined the firm in 1987. Progressively, he has specialised in consulting public institutions as well as small and medium sized local companies involved in the industrial and commercial sectors. Luc joined the CLT team on January 1, 2007 and is responsible for the coordination and development of Advisory services for the Luxembourgish firm. |

Valérie Piastrelli
Operations Leader French, 42 years old, graduated from the “ESC Clermont Ferrand” (France), started her career in 1989 in Luxembourg in audit and spent 2 years at the Boston office. She is specialised in investment funds. Among other things, Valérie has developed Global Fund Distribution service (formerly UcitsEuroFile), a reference tool used for the distribution of funds in Europe. Within the CLT, Valérie holds the position of COO (Chief Operating Officer) responsible for the management of finance, infrastructure, technology and support services. |

Paul Neyens
Human Capital Leader Belgian, 42 years old, graduated in Applied Economics from the IAG-UCL (Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium). Paul is also "Expert comptable" and "Réviseur d’Entreprises". He joined the PwC Audit department in 1991 and, as a partner, steered several client assignments especially in the financial sector, for a number of banks, asset managers, insurance companies, reinsurance companies and pension funds. He also took an active role as HC Leader of the Audit department. Paul is appointed as a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg CLT as Human Capital Leader. |
