Kristina Kriščiūnaitė
Partner, Head of Tax&Legal Services
Kristina joined PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Lithuania in 1996.

As a consultant of Tax and Legal Services, Kristina provided professional advice to international organisations, conducted tax due diligence of the companies, and assessed the impact of draft legislation on different companies.
During the period from 1999 to 2003, Kristina worked at Vilnius 7th Law Firm associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led a number of tax and legal projects, drafted contracts, and provided consultations on tax planning and tax optimization issues.

Kristina attended a number of global tax conferences and seminars both, as a listener and as a speaker. She is also an author of various tax publications and articles published in, among others, industrial press.

She has an extensive experience in advising how to choose the most acceptable structure of transaction in terms of taxes. Kristina provides consultations on such issues as determining the validity of prices, registration of companies for VAT purposes, availability of tax allowances, opportunities of reducing tax burden for single companies or group of companies.

Jūratė Krikštopaitienė
Senior Manager, Tax&Legal Services
 
Jūratė has over 16 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing and advising domestic and multinational companies on tax issues.

Jūratė is responsible for IAS and GCS practices within the Lithuanian office. For a number of years she advises local and international clients on different tax issues, including personal income tax, social security and corporate income tax.
She serves a large number of subsidiaries of international corporations in Lithuania, operating in retail and consumer, banking and capital markets, pharmaceutical, energy, transportation and logistics, technology sectors.  

Jūratė holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from International Business School, Vilnius University. She is a member of ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants).

Jūratė speaks German, English and Russian.

Nerijus Nedzinskas
Senior Manager, Tax&Legal Services
Nerijus has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2002.

Nerijus is a Transfer Pricing Leader in Lithuanian PricewaterhouseCoopers office and also specializes in international tax structuring and corporate taxation. He has advised several major inbound investments to Lithuania as well as assisted Lithuanian investors in expanding their activities abroad.
Nerijus works with a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, real estate companies, telecommunication companies, manufacturers, pharmaceuticals and others.

Nerijus has attended a number of local and international tax conferences and seminars both, as a listener and as a speaker. He is also an author of various tax publications and articles published in, among others, industrial press.

Nerijus holds a BSc in Economics and Business from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and BSc in Law from Mykolo Romerio University.

Rokas Bukauskas
Senior Manager, Tax&Legal Services
 

Rokas Bukauskas started his professional carrier in 2004 with UAB Ernst&Young Baltic. In the period 2006-2011 Rokas worked with the Law Firm Tark Grunte Sutkiene, where he was elected to associated partners in year 2011. From 2012 Rokas leads lawyers’ team in PwC Lithuania.

Before joining PwC Rokas has been specializing in Banking & Finance. In his practice Rokas was negotiating financing documents and means securing the said, advised the clients on establishment, licensing and merging of financing institutions (banks and insurance companies), advised the banks on bad loan portfolios, organized establishment of bad bank’s assets managing companies and coordinated acquisition of bad assets, including complex M&A deals.

Rokas has extensive experience in solving legal questions pertaining to transaction structures, establishment, transformation and reorganization of legal entities. He also advises on complex regulatory and M&A issues.

Rokas has acquired Master degree in law in Law Faculty of Vilnius University and LL.M degree in Hamburg University. In year 2009 Rokas has passed Lithuanian Bar exam.
