Rokas joined PricewaterhouseCoopers office in Lithuania in 1998. Rokas is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK) and the current President of the Lithuanian Actuarial Association.

From 2003 to 2005, he spent two years in New Zealand, at PricewaterhouseCoopers Auckland and Wellington offices, where he was engaged in providing actuarial services to leading insurance companies, pension schemes and other clients.

Since 2005 Rokas is a member of CEE regional actuarial team. He is responsible for providing actuarial services to the clients in the Baltics, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and other countries.
