|Kristina Kriščiūnaitė has been appointed to lead the PwC firm in Lithuania with effect from 1 July 2012 when she replaced Chris Butler who had 9 years of experience as a Country Managing Partner for Lithuania.
Kristina joined the PwC firm in Lithuania in 1996. She started her career as a consultant of Tax and Legal Services and acquired extensive expertise in dealing with international projects. Kristina has been successfully leading Tax and Legal Services since 2004, and with effect from 2008 she has been appointed as a PwC partner. In this position she focuses on the development of services and works directly with tax structuring and optimisation projects for the major local and international companies operating in finance, real estate, telecommunication, industry, pharmacy and other sectors.
Kristina commented on her appointment as follows:
“My intention is to contribute effectively to further development of the PwC business and revenue growth. I will pursue a consistent implementation of our firm‘s policy to keep the most talented people and offer attractive workplaces, invest in service quality and add value to our clients.

Kristina actively participates in the activities of the Investors’ Forum, the American and the British Chambers of Commerce. In addition, Kristina is a member of the PwC CEE International Tax Structuring Network.
Kristina graduated from Vilnius University as a qualified lawyer with Master‘s Degree, and from International Business School as a qualified specialist of economy.
At her leisure time Kristina enjoys tennis, takes dance lessons, travels a lot, and each time looks for new experience.
