PwC Appoints Caymanian Partner

PricewaterhouseCoopers recently announced that Sean Parchment will be admitted to the Cayman partnership – a historical event that underscores PwC’s commitment to talent development and reflects its continued growth in the Cayman Islands.

This milestone, which coincides with the firm’s 10th anniversary of the Pricewaterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand global merger, has been applauded by the staff and friends of PwC, Caymanians and expatriates alike.

“I am really honoured by this demonstration of the partners’ faith in my abilities,” said Mr Parchment, who has been with the firm for 12 years, two of which include his last position as Director of the Fund Referred Reporting Engagement Group.

"PwC has a fantastic Scholarship Programme that has been running for more than 20 years and now has an annual budget of over $200,000. As a proud beneficiary of the Programme myself, it is fitting that I now can play a part in extending similar opportunities to other deserving Caymanians.”

The PwC Partners said they are equally delighted and proud.
