Specialist area: Investment Management

Graeme Sunley is a Partner with the Cayman Islands firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC Cayman") specializing in the audit of Alternative Investment Funds. Graeme was admitted to the PwC Cayman partnership in 2006. He has a BCA from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Graeme has 15 years professional experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers (and one of its predecessor firms), the last 10 of which have been with PwC Cayman. His client portfolio is comprised of Alternative Investment Funds with a variety of different investment strategies and legal structures, and involves working in conjunction with all of the major fund administrators and legal counsel. Graeme is a member of the PwC Cayman Technical Committee with specific responsibility for Alternative Investment Funds. He is also a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants (“CISPA”).
