David joined PwC Cayman in March 2004, heading PwC's Cayman Advisory practice focusing on corporate restructuring, forensic accounting and insolvency. In July 2007 David became the Advisory Partner. David has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia since 1994, a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants Insolvency sub-committee, a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and is both a Cayman Islands and Australian Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

Prior to joining PwC Cayman, David previously worked in the Business Recovery Services divisions of PwC Australia & Canada and Ernst & Young Australia. Immediately prior to David joining PwC Cayman, David assisted in creation of the National Insolvency Coordination Unit at the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.

David has over 18 years corporate restructuring and insolvency experience. David has taken numerous appointments as a liquidator, both of solvent and insolvent companies. David has also acted as a controller/receiver and Inspector of numerous companies and has advised companies, financial institutions and government on restructuring, credit and insolvency issues. David has gained restructuring, credit and insolvency experience in the Caribbean, North & South America, Asia Pacific, Middle East and UK/Europe. David is focused on the Financial Services industry in Cayman (funds, insurance companies and banks) and has through his career experience in Property, Tourism & Construction (including hotels), Retail, Mining, Healthcare & Aged Cared, Transport & Distribution and Telecommunications.
