Colin Hanson

Colin is a Partner in our Cayman office specializing mainly in the audit of alternative investment companies. He has more than 13 years of audit experience, the last 11 of which have been with PwC Cayman. Colin is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.Colin’s portfolio of alternative investment companies encompasses a variety of fund structures and strategies, including a significant emphasis on North American sponsored “onshore/offshore” hedge fund products (including master/feeder fund structures).

Colin is the vice-chairman of the Cayman office Technical Committee which specializes in the monitoring of various accounting and auditing developments,including a focus on the applicability of such developments to alternative investment and private equity companies.
