Who we are

At PwC Cayman, we’re a passionate community of solvers coming together in unexpected ways.

It all adds up to The New Equation

In the Cayman Islands, PwC has close to 280+ partners and staff all working together for a common purpose — building relationships that create value for you and your business. This is PwC. Every day our people work with you to build the value you’re looking for.

With more than 50 years of excellence in the Cayman Islands, we provide industry focussed assurance, advisory and tax services for public, private and government clients. Our primary area of focus is the international financial services industry. Our expertise in this area allows us to offer services that are specialised in the following:

  • Alternative asset management

  • Insurance

  • Banking

At PwC, our purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems. We’re a network of firms in 152 countries and more than 327,000 people who are committed to delivering quality in assurance, advisory and tax services.

Our History

We bring a global perspective along with in-depth knowledge of local, regional and international issues. In 1998, Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand merged to create PricewaterhouseCoopers.

We have a long history of delivering value-added professional services to our clients. The PwC network's accounting practice originated in London during the mid-1800s, and PwC Cayman's presence in the Cayman Islands goes back to the 1960s through its legacy firms: Coopers and Lybrand was the first of the major accounting firms to establish a presence in Cayman in 1967. Price Waterhouse wasn’t far behind, setting up on Island in 1969.
