Kyung-Joon Jang is the Market Leader of Samil PwC and a Managing Partner of Consulting services. With 31 years of experience, including two years at PwC's LoS Angeles offices, K.J. Jang has achieved distinction in a broad range of assurance and business advisory services within the financial service industry. Over the years, Mr. Jang has assisted banks, securities companies and insurance companies with mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, financial risk management, regulatory changes and IPO at an overseas stock exchange.
As external activities, K.J. Jang has served as a member of various government committees. He has served as an external advisor to the banking subcommittee of the Financial Promotion Deliberation Committee under the Ministry of Finance & Economy, an examiner of MOU in the Korean Deposit Insurance Corporation and a director of Beautiful Foundation, charity organization. Currently he serves as a member of Restructuring Committee and University Restructuring Committee, a director of Korea AML Forum and Samil Future Foundation, and an auditor of World Futures Forum.
K.J. Jang graduated from Seoul National University and a recieved Master's degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University and a Ph.D. in management from Hongik University.
