Tax planning
We provide tax-planning advice to a wide range of local companies and individuals. Apart from providing innovative tax planning advice, we can also assist with obtaining tax concessions for manufacturing and approved tourism related projects under the appropriate local legislation.

Tax compliance
We provide a wide range of tax compliance services, which include the following:
- Tax registration
We will advise you whether registration for tax purposes is required for
Corporate Tax, and Social Security.
- Preparation of corporate and individual tax returns
We will prepare corporate or individual tax returns required for filing with the
Inland Revenue Department. Where necessary we will apply for an extension
for filing of these tax returns to avoid any penalties.
- Notice of assessments
We will receive and review notices of assessment raised by the Inland Revenue
Department in respect of the corporate or individual tax return filed and will
advise you on further action.
We will also notify you of the quarterly installments notices of corporate tax and make application to Inland Revenue to adjust these amounts.
Tax audits and appeal services
We can represent and assist you if necessary in the resolution of all tax audit matters with the Inland Revenue Department, including the provision of advice and assistance throughout the objection and appeal process.
We will liaise with the PricewaterhouseCoopers network in other countries to ensure that the taxation issues pertinent to individuals who are being recruited or relocated are appropriately addressed in both the sending and receiving country to the individual's maximum advantage.
