Immigration Services

Expatriate services
We can assist both local and international companies in obtaining work permits for their expatriate employees who are relocating to St. Kitts. This service includes assisting with the completion of the necessary application forms, submitting these to the Immigration Department and following up to provide clients with status updates.

Citizenship by Investment Advice

The St. Kitts-Nevis Citizenship by Investment program was established in 1984 by the Government. There is no residency requirement and dual citizenship is permitted. The primary purpose of the program is to attract foreign direct investment. Investors are eligible to apply for citizenship and passport based on certain minimum investment amounts, in either an approved real estate development or public charity Foundation. In addition to tax planning benefits, holding a St. Kitts-Nevis passport allows visa free travel to several countries world-wide. Applicants are subject to very stringent due diligence and background checks.

We provide advice on the use of dual or alternative citizenship as part of international tax planning and structuring for foreign investors.
