The 2009 Kenyan National Budget which was read on 11th June 2009 introduced legislation on PAYE quarterly filing.
This legislation is effective from 11th June 2009 but there was little guidance on the forms and information which every employer is required to provide to the Kenya Revenue Authorities (KRA).
