Kenya Budget 2009/2010

On Thursday 11 June 2009, Hon. Uhuru Kenyatta, M.P, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance presented his Budget for the forthcoming fiscal year. We are pleased to attach an electronic version of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Budget analysis which we have prepared on the basis of this budget.

We have split the bulletin into six key areas of interest to the business community: The Economy, Direct Tax, Sector Reforms, VAT, East Africa Highlights, and Customs and Excise.
