Warning notice relating to individuals holding themselves out as being connected with PwC

It has come to our attention that, recently, individuals have been holding themselves out as being connected with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and/or PwC Japan. The individuals have been purporting to be a U.S. CPA holding positions such as the Head of the Osaka Office of PricewaterhouseCoopers International, and have used business cards which imitate the name and logo of PwC. However, none of PricewaterhouseCoopers Aarata, PricewaterhouseCoopers Co., Ltd. , Zeirishi-Hojin PricewaterhouseCoopers, PwC or PwC Japan has any connection whatsoever with these individuals.

We urge you to exercise extreme caution and vigilance if you are approached by such individuals. In the event that you receive any contact from such individuals, please would you notify us at the following phone numbers.

For your information, the Osaka Office of PricewaterhouseCoopers Aarata and Zeirishi-Hojin PricewaterhouseCoopers is located at Breeze Tower 24F, 2-4-9 Umeda, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka, and the West Japan Branch of PricewaterhouseCoopers Co., Ltd. is located at Umeda Dai Bldg.11F, 3-3-10 Umeda, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka. There is no other office in Osaka relating to PricewaterhouseCoopers Aarata, PricewaterhouseCoopers Co., Ltd. , Zeirishi-Hojin PricewaterhouseCoopers, PwC or PwC Japan.
