This information includes, but is not limited to, business procedures, marketing plans, merger and acquisition data, financial information, the names of the clients in certain cases, and descriptions of the work being performed. Compliance with relevant laws, regulations and professional standards, this Policy and related regulations, PwC Global Data Protection Policy and contracts is the responsibility of every PwC partner, staff member and firm. Those who violate this Policy and related regulations may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal. |
