New CEO and Executive Officers

Tokyo, May 27, 2009 - PricewaterhouseCoopers Aarata has announced that Koji Hatsukawa assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer as of 27 May 2009 and six new Executive Officers were elected on the same day. A management board comprising a Chief Executive Officer and Executive Officers holds responsibility for the overall management of the firm. A new organization operated by the new management board will be launched as of 1 July, starting date of a new fiscal year.
