The company name was changed in January 2010, following the merger of two companies: PwC Advisory Co., Ltd. and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultants Co., Ltd. Further, PricewaterhouseCoopers HRS Co., Ltd. has jointly provided services with the merged company since the same date.
