The Channel Islands firm, with offices on Jersey and Guernsey, offers an excellent start to your career as a chartered accountant. We are currently looking to recruit both Assurance and Tax placement students for our class of 2009/2010.

Career development

Placement students will be offered the opportunity to undertake Institute examinations, with the advantage of the work experience counting towards the Institute's three year time experience requirement. Placements students who return to PricewaterhouseCoopers after graduating will recommence their training contract from where they left off.

The Channel Islands has an excellent client base, largely dominated by Financial Services clients similar to those found in London, with a diverse range of clients; from banks to trust companies to property funds, and a smattering of commercial clients.

What's more, with a walk to work and to clients taking around 10-15 minutes, the balance of work and life is arguably unrivalled by any of the major cities. There are miles of sandy beaches, trendy roof-top terrace bars and a bustling town centre complemented by secluded coves.
The Channel Islands offices have superb links with other offices around the world, with recent experienced joiners coming from Australia, Bermuda, and Canada, and recently qualified staff moving to Sydney, Boston and London on secondments.

We are looking for motivated and passionate people with strong A-level results and expecting to achieve an upper second class honours degree (2:1) or better.
