How is your data being used?

The Personal Data (“Data”) you submit is used to meet any requests you formulate through the website, by e-mail or via any other form of electronic or non-electronic communication. It is also used to identify and inform you about the services deemed most appropriate for you from among all those offered by the entities belonging to the PwC Network, whether they refer to the transmission of materials that have the objective to inform or update or invitations to initiatives that might be of interest to you.

In any case, if you do not wish to receive further communications of this nature from the entities belonging to the PwC Network, you can exercise your right to opt-out by following the instructions at the bottom of each e-mail you receive from us.

The data will be processed for the execution, by the Controller and/or by other entities  belonging to the PwC Network, of market surveys and, where applicable, benchmarking and/or marketing services and also for statistical and centralized information management activities in order to improve the services provided and to propose other services in a more effective manner.

Data acquired as a result of the transmission of curriculum vitae are processed strictly for purposes connected with job recruiting.

If you have attended conferences or training initiatives organized by the PwC Network, your data will be processed in order to obtain your feedback on the level of satisfaction. We would like to mention that the informative note you received in those circumstances should be considered together with this informative note.

With specific reference to clients of the PwC Network, the Data is used for the purpose of carrying out the  professional services agreed upon as specified in the engagement letter and in the relative informative note, to which we refer you.

It is understood that, if you have already received a specific informative note from an entity belonging to the PwC Network, the informative note should take precedence over this one and is therefore applicable to you.

How is your Data being protected?

The entities belonging to the PwC Network are committed to protecting the safety of the Data by adopting the appropriate logical and physical measures to assure confidentiality.

How is your Data being processed?

Your Data is/will be processed using traditional means (forms, questionnaires and/or paper registers, etc.) and computer-based tools.

Is the submission of Data obligatory? What are the consequences of not consenting to the release of the Data?

Providing your Data is optional, but in case of refusal, you will be unable to benefit from the services and/or activities offered to you by the PwC Network that may be of interest to you and are also aimed at increasing your level of satisfaction.

Who can become aware of your Data?
