Deepak Kapoor, Chairman and Territory Senior Partner
Deepak Kapoor joined PwC India in 1978 and became the chairman in 2011. He has led the Financial Advisory practice for more than eight years and the Telecom and Entertainment and Media practices for more than 10 years.  Deepak is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA.
 
 
Robert C Morris, Managing Director and Advisory Leader
Robert (Bob) has been with the PwC US firm for over 26 years and joined PwC India as the managing director in 2011. He is responsible for the operations leadership of all lines of service for PwC India. Bob oversees partner affairs, human capital and the finance function of the firm. Previously, he has held leadership positions on the Partners’ Oversight board and was the Global Tax Networks leader. Bob is a certified public accountant in both Virginia and Washington, DC.
 
 
Ketan Dalal
Ketan joined PwC in 2007, with the merger of RSM and took on the role of joint tax leader in 2009. He has over 30 years of experience and is an expert in cross-border tax issues, investment structuring, including mergers and acquisitions. Besides advising top multinational clients, Ketan is an avid speaker and author on tax and regulatory issues. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
 
 
Shyamal Mukherjee
Shyamal joined PwC in 1984 and has been serving as the joint tax leader since 2009. Shyamal’s areas of expertise include inward investment advice, cross-border investment structuring, contract structuring and permanent establishment issues. Shyamal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
 
 
Bharti Gupta Ramola
Bharti joined PwC in 1984 and became the Markets and Industries leader in 2011. Before taking on this role, Bharti was the Financial Advisory Services leader with responsibility for the Deals, Sustainability and Forensics practices of PwC in India. Bharti is also a member of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council of PwC. She holds a post graduate diploma in management from IIM, Ahmedabad.
 
 
Ambarish Dasgupta
Ambarish is the Consulting leader in PwC India. With nearly 24 years of experience, Ambarish has led large business transformation projects covering strategy, process, technology and organisational change. He plays an active role in industry bodies such as the Confederation of Indian Industries(CII) and the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) among others. Ambarish holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
 
 
Satyavati Berera
Satyavati leads the Internal Audit practice in India and is the managing partner of the Delhi office. She joined the firm as an articled trainee in 1980 and was admitted to the partnership in 1995. Her areas of work include providing internal audit advisory and outsourcing services. These services help clients establish a robust internal control and compliance mechanism, better manage and mitigate business risks and improve overall governance in the organisation. An Economics graduate from Delhi University, Satyavati is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
 
 
 
S Madhavan
Madhavan, in charge of Partner Affairs, is responsible for partner development, evaluations and appraisals, compensation and benefits, admissions (both internal and lateral) and departures. Madhavan also devotes his time to being an indirect tax partner. He has 28 years of work experience and has been the President of the Northern Region of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Madhavan graduated from IIM, Ahmedabad.
 
 
Mark Driscoll
Mark joined PwC in 1984 and became the India Human Capital leader in 2011. Before taking on this role, Mark held various global and US Human Capital leadership roles within business units, sourcing, operations and the office of diversity. Mark is a certified public accountant in California.
 
 
Rajan Varma
Rajan Varma, joined PwC India in June 2010, with more than 30 years of experience in leading the finance function across multinational firms in India. He is currently the director, Finance and Administration at PwC India. In 2006, Rajan was adjudged as the Best CFO by Business Today. Rajan is a member of the Institute of Chartered of England & Wales as well as the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
