We provide audit services to a wide variety of investment funds administered in the Isle of Man. Additionally, we are able to advise on Income Tax and VAT matters and, where applicable, cross-jurisdictional regulatory compliance issues. We offer guidance to our clients on the application of United Kingdom and International Financial Reporting Standards and on accounting for complex derivative products. We have assisted a number of our fund management and administration clients with the development, documentation and implementation of their systems of internal control, as well as assessing the impact of new issues such as the new International Financial Reporting Standards.
