Indirect Taxes

The Tax Department of PwC Israel, has extensive experience in handling, advising and overseeing a variety of indirect tax issues (as regards both corporate and individual clients), including Value Added Tax (VAT), customs, purchase tax and fuel excise tax.

We collaborate with an array of different clients emerging from diverse commercial and international backgrounds, in order to recognize quintessential and tax-efficient solutions.

Our Indirect Taxes Group provides, among others, advice on:

• Handling VAT issues including advice, problem-solving and representing clients before the relevant tax authorities;
• Customs and purchase tax issues, as well as customs duties and refunds for overpayment;
• Support services (in cooperation with other worldwide PwC offices) concerning VAT and customs duty aspects of Israeli corporate activities abroad and foreign entities in Israel.
