Shlomi Zehavi is a tax partner at PwC Israel.
Shlomi has over 20 years of experience in many aspects of corporate and individual direct and indirect Israeli taxation. Shlomi’s particular fields of expertise include corporate tax planning relating to Israeli tax incentive regimes, mergers and acquisitions (including tax due diligences) and start-up investments, VAT and international assignment services. In addition, Shlomi has gained vast experience in ruling and assessment negotiations with the Israeli Tax Authorities.
Shlomi services many of the world's top multinational corporations from the high-tech and pharmaceutical industries as well as Israel's largest multinational corporations.
Shlomi is an Israeli CPA and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University. Shlomi lectured tax courses (including in income tax and VAT) at Tel-Aviv University and is also a speaker in conferences and seminars. Shlomi is a member of a committee of the Israeli CPA Association.
