Shahar Houri is a partner in the high-tech practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Israel - Kesselman & Kesselman.

Mr. Houri joined the Israeli firm in 1998 and has acquired extensive experience with hi-tech, pharmaceuticals and bio-tech companies, multinational corporations and SEC registrants, to which he provides professional services in the fields of audit, tax, M&A support, business consulting and public offerings in Israel and in the United States.

In the years 2005-2007, Mr. Houri worked as a Senior Manager in the technology group of PricewaterhouseCoopers New York, where he served clients as Honeywell, SEC registrants and other private hi-tech companies.

Mr. Houri has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and computer science and an MBA with special distinction, both from the Tel-Aviv University, where he teaches accounting of mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Houri is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
