Rubi is an assurance partner at PwC Israel and the Technology co-leader.

Rubi joined the Israeli firm in 1997 and has an extensive experience with hi-tech companies, multinational corporations, SEC registrants and venture capital funds, to which he provides professional services in assurance, tax, business consulting and public offerings mainly in the US.

In 2002-2004, Rubi worked at PwC's offices in New York, where he served as a Senior Manager responsible for the IBM engagement and other SEC registrants, venture capital funds and private hi-tech companies.

Rubi holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an LL.B in Law, both awarded by Tel-Aviv University.

Rubi is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
