Ronit Noam CPA is a partner in the internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley department of the firm. Ronit is the team leader of wide-ranging SOX and internal audit projects for multinational companies and financial entities. In addition, Ronit has an abundance of experience in the management of audits of private and public companies engaged in operations in a wide variety of industries.

Ronit has extensive experience in the provision of continuing consulting services to clients in relation to a variety of matters connected with internal controls and processes, such as:

• The Identification, analysis and management of risk;

• The review of business and organizational processes with a view to implementing improvements in effectiveness and efficiency;

• The application and integration of new controls and procedures.

Ronit has a BA in accounting and economics (summa cum laude) and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
