Ronen is an assurance partner at PwC Israel and is the managing partner of the Israeli firm’s branch in Haifa.  In addition, he is a member of the Executive Board of the Israeli firm and the Industrial Products Practice leader.

Ronen joined the Israeli firm in 1991 and has an extensive experience in auditing public and private companies; in preparing prospectuses for offerings in Israel, the USA and the UK, and dealings with the tax authorities. Ronen has also been involved in dozens of M&As in Israel and globally.

Among Ronen's clients are Iscar Ltd., Frutarom Industries Ltd, Plasson Industries Ltd, Unilever Israel Foods Ltd., Alon Israel Oil Company Ltd., Blue Square Ltd. and Marvell Israel (M.I.S.L) Ltd.

Ronen serves as lecturer in the Accounting department of the University of Haifa.

Ronen has a Bachelor's degree with honors in Accounting and Economics awarded by Haifa University.

Ronen is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
