Oren is an assurance partner at PwC Israel and is the corporate finance practice leader.
Oren joined the Israeli firm in 2002 and has an extensive experience in M&A transactions, public offerings and financial and business consulting services. In addition, he has been involved in numerous projects, and provided consultancy services to a broad range of investors on M&A transactions and private equity investments.
Before joining PwC Israel, Oren served as a senior manager in Arthur Andersen Israel.
Oren holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business awarded by the Israeli College of Management.
Oren is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
