Omri Yaniv is an International tax partner at PwC Israel.
Omri has extensive experience in providing international tax services to US, Israeli and other multinational corporations including planning for inbound and outbound international acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture agreements, start-up investments, mergers and acquisitions and repatriation strategies and various other global tax optimization programs.
Omri has specific expertise with respect to US investments in Israeli companies.
Omri spent over 3 years on secondment with the international tax practice of PwC US in New York. During his tour, Omri headed the Israeli tax desk and also became an integral part of the US international tax team, providing services to large-scale US-based (as well as foreign-based) multinational companies, including Fortune 100 companies.
Omri received a law degree from Tel Aviv University, Magna Cum Laude, and is an Advocate (Israel). Omri practiced commercial law in Israel for three years prior to joining PwC. Omri is also a frequent speaker in US, European and Israeli conferences and seminars relating to international taxation.
