Eric Benishay

Eric Benishay is a Tax Partner at PwC Israel and the head of the PwC Israel Tax Group.

Eric has gained over 20 years of vast experience providing tax services to Israeli and multinational corporations. 

His main fields of expertise are corporate tax planning including claiming of tax relieves under the Israel Encouragement of Capital Investment Law, tax compliance services, handling restructuring, support of international acquisition transaction, tax accounting including FIN 48, capital gains taxation and tax due diligence. In addition, Eric has extensive experience in pre-ruling procedures and highly complex assessment negotiations with the Israeli Tax Authorities.

Eric's clients include multinational corporations from a variety of industries, including hi-tech, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. He provides a whole suite of services that covers the changing needs of developing enterprises throughout their life cycle, from ongoing tax issues to supporting complex deals, M&As and restructurings. 

Eric is an Israeli Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Accounting from The College of Management Academic Studies. Eric has also been lecturing Tax Laws courses and additional programs in the Accounting Department at The College of Management Academic Studies.
