Doron Sadan is a tax partner at PwC Israel.
Doron has over 17 years of experience in the fields of Israeli and International taxation, including three years as a member of the International Tax Group in PwC New York.

Doron has extensive experience in providing Israeli and international tax services to Israeli and multinational corporations, including planning for global structuring, inbound and outbound international acquisitions and dispositions, FIN 48 implementation projects, repatriation strategies and other global tax optimization programs.

Doron has established and leads the only Big 4 practice in Israel which provides US tax compliance services for corporations, partnerships and individuals for the last eight years.

As a former Tax officer with the Israeli Tax Authorities, Doron is particularly familiar with the related process and the relevant personnel in the Israeli Tax Authorities and has negotiated numerous tax rulings with the Israeli Tax Authorities regarding various Israeli tax issues.
Doron is an Israeli CPA and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
