Head of Tax Department
Doron Sadan is a Tax Partner at PwC Israel, and the head of the firm's tax department.
Doron has over 20 years of experience in the fields of Israeli and international taxation, including three years as a member of the International Tax Group at PwC New York.
Doron has extensive experience in providing Israeli and international tax services to Israeli and multinational corporations, including planning for global structuring, inbound and outbound international acquisitions and dispositions, FIN 48 implementation projects, repatriation strategies and other global tax optimization programs.
Doron has established and leads the only Big 4 practice in Israel which has provided US tax compliance services for corporations, partnerships and individuals for more than a decade. Doron has been personally responsible for thousands of tax return filings of corporations, partnerships and individuals over the years.
As a former tax officer with the Israeli Tax Authorities, Doron is particularly familiar with the processes and personnel in the Israeli Tax Authorities and has negotiated numerous tax rulings with the Israeli Tax Authorities regarding various tax issues.
Doron is an Israeli CPA and holds a master's degree in business administration (M.B.A.), as well as a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics, from Tel Aviv University.
