Avi Noiman is a tax partner at PwC Israel, and the Financial Sector practice leader.

Avi has over a decade of experience in providing tax services to the financial sector in general, and to investment firms in particular. Avi has extensive experience dealing with tax solutions for complex financial instruments, debenture arrangements, structure changes, compliance with regulatory changes( i.e., implementation of Amendment 3 to the Pension Fund Law) and hedge fund taxation.

 Avi serves as a member of the Central Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel and is active in the Joint Association and the ITA forum. Avi is also a member in the Forum for Examination of Tax Aspects of Implementation of the International Standardization in cooperation with the CFO forum and the Israeli Tax Authoriities. Avi has published several articles in leading journals and newspapers.

 Avi received a BA in Business Administration (Accounting) from the College of Management, and a law degree from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliah. He is a CPA in Israel. Avi has extensive teaching experience, and was a senior lecturer at the College Of Management.
