Tali is a partner in the Advisory Group of PwC Israel and is co-leader, together with Eyal Ben Avi, of the Risk Management and Actuarial Practice.

Tali joined the Israeli firm in 2008 and has since led engagements with the Israeli Ministry of Finance, banks, insurance companies, additional financial institutions and government-owned companies, including the Israel Electric Corp.

Prior to joining the firm, Tali served for eight years as Vice President, Corporate Risk Management at Clal Insurance. In that role, she had the overall responsibility for risk management in Clal Insurance holdings and its subsidiaries. She was also responsible for all aspects of risk management in the insurance group, such as financial risk, credit risks and insurance risks. Other positions she held in Clal Insurance are Head of Actuary Product Development and the actuary of the Atudot pension fund.

Tali is a Certified Actuary by the British Institute and the Israeli association of actuaries (FIA, FILAA). She holds a BSc in Actuarial Science and statistics awarded by the University of Johannesburg and Master's in Business Administration (Finance) awarded by Tel-Aviv University.
