Avishay Bardugo is a tax partner at PwC Israel, and the Encouragement of Investments practice leader.

Avishay joined PwC Israel in 2006. He has gained extensive expertise with respect to the Approved Enterprise (Israeli tax Holiday) regime through his 10 years tenure as a Senior Tax officer with the Israeli Tax Authorities ("ITA") where he served as a Director of the Approved Enterprise and Encouragement Law Department. In addition, Avishay served as the ITA representative on the Board of Directors of the Israeli Investment Center.

Avishay was among the initiators and writers of the amendment to the Law for Encouragement of Capital Investments enacted in 2005.

Avishay is a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated in 1998 from the Tel Aviv College of Management where he now serves as a lecturer at the Accounting Department.
