Securitisation

PricewaterhouseCoopers Dublin has a dedicated multidisciplinary team to provide securitisation and structured finance services to its clients. The team works in close cooperation with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ European Securitisation Group to provide a comprehensive range of securitisation services, including feasibility studies operational and infrastructure reviews, collateral analysis, rating agency preparation advice and pre-closing and post-closing accounting, audit and taxation services – by using experienced specialists drawn from across our European practice. Effective and timely delivery of these services has enabled PricewaterhouseCoopers to establish itself as a major player in securitisation throughout Europe.

The Dublin team is comprised of individuals skilled in a variety of functional specialities including capital markets, transaction and reporting consulting, taxation and accounting. The combination of leveraging this skill set with considerable transaction experience enables the team to offer a well-rounded service to its clients.
