John Dillon

John Dillon is a partner in our Assurance practice and specialises in working with clients across a range of sectors.

John has considerable experience of advising a number of Irish publically quoted companies and commercial semi-states organisations.~

In addition to his audit client work, John helped establish our specialist IFRS advisory team in Ireland and has worked with a significant number of our audit and non-audit listed clients on their transition to IFRS. He has also provided services and advice to clients in a wide variety of areas, including completion accounts, stock exchange circulars, finance raising, forensic examinations, valuations and restructuring.

John also has considerable experience of the financial services sector, having spent a number of years working with the PwC Ireland banking and insurance team.

John is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

George Reddin

George Reddin is a partner in the Tax & Legal Services practice and specialises in advising Irish publicly quoted companies and semi-State entities.

George has extensive experience advising on both the domestic and international tax aspects of significant business transactions including restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and the raising of finance.

George is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of the Irish Taxation Institute's Research Committee and the Irish Taxation Institute's Branch Network - Large Cases Division.

Bob Semple

Bob Semple is a partner in the Advisory practice and specialises in Internal Audit and in Corporate governance, Risk management and compliance.

Bob has extensive experience advising publicly quoted companies, large government departments, state bodies and private companies across all sectors on governance and risk issues. Bob is well known as a public speaker on governance, controls, IT, risk and related topics.

Bob is a member of the Institute of Directors, a member of the Corporate governance Association of Ireland, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a Fellow of the Irish Computer Society.
