Teresa Harrington Teresa Harrington is a partner in our Audit Practice and has extensive experience in the provision of a range of audit and non audit services to both public and private sector organisations. She leads our services to the Not for Profit, Health and Education Sector and is Audit Partner on a number of our Hospital, University and Charity clients. Teresa has extensive experience in advising public and indigenous companies and not for profit entities on audit, accounting and issues such as structuring, governance and strategy. Teresa McColgan Teresa McColgan is a partner in our Tax & Legal Services practice and specialises in advising private companies and their owners on a range of issues including business structures, value extraction, succession and wealth transfers. She also advises a number of our professional services partnership clients, and leads the team that provides tax services to the health, education and not-for-profit sectors. As tax partner for a number of our hospital, university and charity clients, Teresa knows that it is key for organisations in these sectors to be exemplarily tax compliant, while availing of all relevant tax reliefs and maintaining charitable tax exemption where appropriate. Our team comprises specialists in all tax heads who have many years of experience working together on the issues specific to these sectors. Teresa is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and is also an associate of the Irish Taxation Institute (AITI). |

Dervla McCormack Dervla McCormack is a partner in the Advisory practice and specialises in Business Strategy. Dervla is an economist and has project managed large implementation and change management projects. Dervla has significant experience in preparing and reviewing business plans; undertaking sectoral studies; feasibility studies; socio-economic studies; market analysis assignments; organisational reviews; market entry strategies; and operational reviews. Tom Corbett Tom Corbett is a partner in our Tax & Legal Services practice and specialises in VAT. Tom advises a broad selection of indigenous and international clients on a wide range of VAT issues. He has been to the forefront of advising on the VAT on Property regime which affects most property developments and investment holdings. Tom has significant experience of advising Financial Services companies along with organisations in the health and education sectors with particular emphasis on examining their mix of activities and determining their appropriate VAT deductibility. He has also advised extensively on the VAT implications of corporate restructuring and Mergers and Acquisitions. Before joining PwC, Tom worked in the Revenue Commissioners, consulting and also practised as a Barrister in the Irish Courts. Tom is a Barrister at Law and an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute. |
