We believe in building and nurturing client partnerships based on the principles of trust, empathy, discretion, honesty, loyalty and commitment.
Our services include:
We offer a range of recruitment solutions and have outlined the three most popular below. In summary we will provide you with a robust recruitment process that is comprehensive, transparent and thorough.
- Executive search allows our clients to recruit for a senior position discreetly without the need to publicly advertise the position. Our network of contacts translates into an unsurpassed ability to reach a range of people in professional life whose own personal networks we frequently use to identify candidates for clients and the PwC alumnus which is international and extensive. This translates into knowledge about people, and coupled with our comprehensive database, knowledge about potential candidates.
- Advertising - If there is an advertising campaign we will design and develop an advertisement where our branding reinforces our client’s brand and advise on the most effective media, timing and sequence in which the adverts shall appear. Advertising is an effective way to make potential candidates aware of a position and is a popular choice by our public sector clients.
- Search and selection - A combination of search & selection is a very popular method for recruiting a senior executive favoured by our clients. In all circumstances, candidates are thoroughly assessed before a final shortlist is presented. We facilitate the client in considering the shortlist. Interviews are conducted by the client, perhaps with an interview panel, using agreed criteria to guide and inform the process. We will facilitate the negotiation of terms right up to contract level and undertake reference checking if required.

We are often asked by our clients to identify executive coaches and/or business mentors to support their Executive Development Programmes or to work on a specific business issue. Our approach is a diagnostic one which refers individuals to the right business coach or mentor who will support them in their own development or help them deal with any business issues.
- Executive coaching is where an individual meets with a coach on a one-to-one basis to work on a range of work/performance related issues over a set time period, usually six months. We select from our panel of highly trained executive coaches who use advanced skills of learning, questioning and reflection to create highly effective conversations and experiences for the coachee; through the use of real issues the coachee sets their own learning goals and methods. External coaches can also be used as part of leadership development programmes or in support of an organisational change effort.
- Mentoring connects our clients with respected business professionals who have extensive senior level experience who understand complex business challenges and who give advice, often on a one-to-one basis, to senior executives on how to handle issues that are impacting their business.

In the current challenging business climate a number of clients are asking us to help them and their Senior Executives following downsizing or M&A situations. When a business is going through reshaping or downsizing our outplacement service offers support to departing senior executives.
- It maximises the chance for the individual to see the redundancy as a growth opportunity.
- The ultimate aim of the service is to arm individuals with the key skills which will enhance their employability including cv preparation and job search techniques.
- We prepare the individual for finding suitable alternative employment to fit his/her career aspirations.
- By creating awareness in the individual of the psychological impact of the redundancy we can work through this new stage in their career together.
- In a supportive manner, we aim to bring the person to a stage of acceptance, and a positive mindset, to ensure that they conduct their job search with enthusiasm and confidence.
