We can act as liquidator on the nomination of shareholders wishing to wind up solvent companies.
We can also assist directors in preparing for solvent liquidation:
- Advising on the practical steps necessary to place the company in liquidation
- Advising and assisting in the pre-liquidation wind-down of the company's activities
- Assisting in the preparation of the Statement of Assets and Liabilities to be filed at Companies Registration Office together with the Declaration of Solvency
