• developing and coaching our graduates to give them a broad portfolio of technical, professional and interpersonal skills;
• ensuring our training is tailored to support the business in partnership with the development of the graduate;
• providing ongoing support, development and learning opportunities throughout the graduate training contract and
• supporting PwC's position as the number one professional services firm of choice in Ireland.
