PwC, the one firm for all talented graduates

As you'd expect, PwC attracts applications from many graduates who are ambitious and intelligent. These pages are designed to give you some more guidance on our expectations, and tell you what we can offer you in return. Not just first-class training and development opportunities, but also attractive benefits.

What we look for
First and foremost, you’ll need to be on track to achieving a 2:1 or 1st class honours degree, although you may be surprised to learn that the subject area isn’t important. People with degrees in physics or history are just as likely to have the right kind of aptitude as those who have studied business, law or accountancy.

What we ask is that you can provide evidence of commercial awareness, an ability to think independently and demonstrate that you’re prepared to take ownership of projects. PwC people need to be responsible, creative and able to work well as part of a team. They also know how to build relationships with colleagues and clients.

Continual learning is very much part of the culture here. Many of our Partners started as graduates and they’re always willing to share the knowledge and experience they’ve built up during their time with us.
