Kevin Egan

Kevin Egan leads the Audit practice and is a member of PwC Ireland's Management Board.

With some twenty years experience, Kevin has worked with a wide range of Irish and international companies as auditor and business advisor and spent seven years with PwC London advising key MNCs.

Kevin is experienced in Irish GAAP and in IFRS and in recent years, he has led a number of IFRS transition assignments for Irish listed companies. He has also undertaken significant transaction support and structuring assignments for major Irish, UK and European entities.

Kevin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
