1. Transfer Pricing (TP)

What you’d do?

As a professional consultant in Transfer Pricing (TP) team, you will responsible in:

  • Identification of reasonable client expectation on an Engagement including managing discussion with clients on the related issues.
  • Reads and describes at a high level relevant government regulations (e.g., Per-43/PJ/2010, Per-32/PJ/2011, & OECD guidelines). Also identifies which countries have documentation rules.  
  • Prepares concise, grammatically correct, spell-checked, and fully formatted documents and memos using appropriate business and technical language.
  • Conduct analysis with applicable research databases, TP resources, and general Internet resources to collect and interpret relevant research and comparable data (e.g., OSIRIS and Royal Stat).
  • Identifies majority of issues raised by a client or PwC contact, and suggests solutions to TP project team before responding to client/PwC contact.
  • Identifies potential follow on TP work, to which clients’ work may apply and bring the opportunity to the attention of Engagement Manager.
  • Provide guidance to other team members on appropriate means of communication channels including shares communications with Engagement Manager prior to contacting client.

Specific qualifications:

  • Strong in mathematics would be a plus
  • Having related working experience in Transfer Pricing would be an advantage
  • Familiar with OSIRIS/ Royal Stat would be an advantage


2. Customs (CUSTOMS)

What you’d do?

PwC provides services relating to VAT, luxury goods sales tax, and customs. The Customs Group at PwC has considerable practical experience in customs and international trade matters, including strategic customs planning and tariff classification. Assistant Manager above will assist team in handling specific customs project and firm, including but not limited to:

  • Strategic customs planning,
  • Tariff classification,
  • Advisory,
  • Customs dispute,
  • Customs audit,
  • Compliance review,
  • Customs publication for internal and external purpose,
  • Monitor business portfolio/ financial performance, and
  • Developing team members

Specific qualifications:

  • Has minimum bachelor degree from Accounting/ Fiscal Administration/ Law with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Has solid experience in related field
  • Eyes for details
  • Good team player and enjoy working collaboratively with people from variety of backgrounds
  •  Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Good in project management skill.
  • Has a capability in leading team.
  • Proficient in Ms. Excel
  • Proficient level both in written and spoken English


3. Investment

What you’d do?

You will assist potential and existing investors to understand the regulatory requirements of doing business in Indonesia and provide a range of services to assist investors to effectively structure their business in Indonesia, including but not limited to:

  • Involve in business development and meet with potential clients.
  • Supervise team members to ensure the engagement adhere to the risk management procedure/ Firm standard.
  • Assist clients/ investors in visibility studies through advice based on legal analysis.
  • Assist clients for compliance services by providing comprehensive analysis and report to the government office.
  • Provide advice for liquidation preparation and assist in news announcement or notary.
  • Monitor business portfolio/ own financial performance.
  • Involve in marketing publication for PwC publication.

Specific qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor degree from Law with GPA minimum 3.00 out of 4.00.
  • Minimum 10 years working experiences in the law firm with advocate license.
  • Have exposure in investment advisory and regulation analysis would be advantage.
  • Strong interest in Investment and business (e.g. accounting and tax).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Have an eager to do reasearch in investment related.
  • Able to write advisory report.
  • Able to lead and manage the project and team members.
  • Good skills in business development and review own financial performance portfolio.
  • Eyes for details.
  • Good team player and enjoy working collaboratively with people from variety of backgrounds.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Willing to learn new things.
