Inhouse Legal Manager

Job Description:

  • Provides legal advice and counsel to management on legal matters involving the firm includes litigation.
  • Develops and modifies policies and procedures to conform to legal regulatory and network firm requirements include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Provides regular reports to Senior Partner and Risk Management Partner.
  • Keeps fully informed of all new developments in corporate legal matters, and keeps all levels of management informed of applicable new laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for compliance with regulators include regular reporting to regulators as required, arrange the license for the firm (new license or extend license), contact with regulators during inspection to the firm.
  • Manage relationship with regulators.
  • Where required, liase with outside legal lawyers and evaluates their activities.
  • Liase with global OGC and response to queries/survey from global in relation to legal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Law.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in legal areas mentioned above, preferably in a major law firm or in-house legal department in a multinational company.
  • Strong exposure and sound knowledge in handling corporate legal matters and contracts.
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in teams or independently with minimum supervision, and to manage multitasks
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian, both oral and written.

 

Human Capital Manager - Performance (HCP – 1006)

Job Description:

  • To drive and monitor the firmwide performance management cycle and ensure the quality of the process by ongoing analysis on a half yearly basis through knowledge of what is occuring in each Line of Services (LoS) and working with the LoS HC relationship Managers
  • To develop and improve Performance Management System on a yearly basis by working closely with the LoS and HC xLoS as well as being aware of what is happening in the region
  • To drive Coaching initiatives and be a proactive Coaching Champion in the LoS and xLoS HC
  • To drive Code of Conduct (CoC) initiatives by developing the CoC plan, monitoring actions, working with the Code of Conduct counsellors and assisting them with issues and ongoing training
  • Run internal surveys; liaise with internal / external parties to develop the survey as well as monitoring the ongoing action plans in the firm
  • Other HC Performance projects

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Management/Psychology/Business or equivalent
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources areas mentioned above, preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong exposure and sound knowledge in performance or talent management, compensation and benefit, organization development, competency-based human capital strategy
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in teams or independently with minimum supervision, and to manage multitasks
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian, both oral and written
