What did you do?
I did an audit of a five star hotel in Bali.

How did you find interesting about this project?
Besides the work, I was able to explore Bali and visit several interesting places every weekend, such as Uluwatu. When I was doing that job it felt like work but in a holiday atmosphere. Besides that, the client treated me very well. They were all very warm and friendly and this made for a conducive atmosphere.

What kind of experience did you obtain?
While I did the stock taking for food and beverages, I gained an understanding of the pricing strategy for the hotel. In addition, I got to know the hotel’s marketing strategy.

What kind of unique skills did you learn?
I think just like in any audit assignment, what develop most here are our interpersonal skills. As we interact with new people, our interpersonal skills improve. And this is what our clients need.
