Interns tell the stories - Pradipta Christian Bawono

I had a wonderful experience in PwC Indonesia (PwC) internship program. Knowing as one of big four consultant firms, PwC is a great place for me to develop my passion and ability in accounting and finance sectors. Despite lacking an extensive career experience, PwC has successfully encouraged me to implement the knowledge and skills from my degree and community involvement into the workplace atmosphere. Moreover, PwC always maintain a good working environment through friendly people and interesting programs. There were so many activities in PwC, such as futsal, basketball, badminton, year end party, PwCare, and many more. We were bonded together as one big family in PwC. Those were totally exciting and “work life balance” in PwC does exist! This internship program has allowed me to execute my skills through engagement team or project assigned for me. It helps me to achieve greater scope, capability, even dream in the challenging global business environment.

On the other hand, I PwC not only deal with accounting or auditing matters, but also teach us how to share and care with others. I was very excited when I lead the internship project for my batch. All members were involved in PwCare program. We worked together to teach English and share our happiness with students in SDN Pondok Kacang (near Bintaro, Jakarta). It was so fabulous! Every efforts and contribution we gave to them were so meaningful. This gave me a different experience about social life and PwC did it!

Overall, PwC has shaped me into a different person, yet a better person. It is a great place to start your carrier and learn many new things in workplace, especially if you are a fresh graduate. I was very pleased joining in PwC. You won’t regret joining to this internship program!

Thank you, PricewaterhouseCoopers!
